Shannon Yonker

Clinical Home Health Manager

Shannon has dedicated her career to inspiring clinical excellence, driving results that make a measurable impact in people’s lives.  With 30 years of extensive experience serving and treating those with neurodegenerative disorders, Shannon forms connection between top research and ClearPath’s programs –including new program development, overseeing affiliations, and leading studies in which the company participates.

Ethel Mayfield

Director of Hospice

A graduate of Ohio University, Ethel joined ClearPath and brings more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience and a proven track record of success in helping businesses provide patients with next-level care. She has a passion for hospice and sees that it is underutilized. As Director of Hospice, Ethel oversees all Hospice operations and sales, changing lives through the development of systems, census development,  clinical excellence, compliance and cap management.

John Hardesty

VP of Business Development

John joins the ClearPath family with more than 21 years of experience in sales and sales leadership in the health care industry.   He has a passion for building and developing sales teams geared toward implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to exceed growth objectives.

Kerri Ryne

Chief Administrative Officer

Kerri is the Chief Administrative Officer for ClearPath Home & Hospice.  A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Kerri specializes in creating company strategy and removing barriers to generate successful outcomes, Kerri’s most important role is to grow leaders for tomorrow and to be a role model for ClearPath’s culture. She also leads a team that improves company-wide processes to better position the company for growth.
